Join me for a workshop focused around developing your drawing skills. You will learn the importance of observation through drawing, and how to construct a drawing from start to finish. I’ll be sharing some of the techniques that I use for my painting practice to help elevate your drawings.

Studying from an autumnal theme set of still life objects, this workshop is focused around colour and is perfect for beginners or those wishing to develop their skills and draw with peers in a relaxed supportive environment.

During the sessions, you will learn:

• How to draw various objected
• Different techniques in observation and concentration
• When and how to use different drawing materials to create the desired effects in thickness, shape and shading
• Confidence in your abilities to reflect true life and your own artistic expression

You will learn through observation and direction from Rae. As well as taught techniques, you will develop through practising and honing your craft. Classes are in small groups, meaning you will learn with and from your peers.
